Where does "use-package!" come from?

Hello,
I’m a first time user of org-roam and I have a little experience with typing text in Emacs (really, this is not sarcasm).
I saw many times on this forum the following syntax, with an exclamation point at the end:

(use-package!
....

I have been using use-package for a few years and I never found this syntax mentioned in the documentation. Where does it come from, and what does it mean? Thanks and apologies for the slightly off-topic question.

This with an exclamation mark is a variation by Doom Emacs. It’s not relevant if you are not using it.
