Edmund Jorgensen made an great presentaion on Why Nabokov would use
Org-Mode if he were writing today on Emacs Conf 2023.
He shared his idea about using tag as a method to solve one of the
writing problems for compiling 100,000 words for writing novels. He
mentioned that tag is really useful if you just want to narrow down a
timeline for a single person. So imagine in that case, it’s really
helpful to get a coherence structure within a single headline.
Currently, I’m mainly using the tag for exportation to produce a
document that I want to share with the public. And I’m thinking about
maybe adopting this method into my work log to make more versatiles to
solve problems. For example, to narrow down a single parameter that
influences my work. At the log-in time, I might not be aware that this
might be useful information in the future.
