Invalid ref in org-roam

I have many org roam files with the following format

:PROPERTIES:
:ID:       9e434546-09b9-46a3-bfe5-3e1d01344f1e
:ROAM_REFS: cite:FOCS:LinLonRab94
:END:
#+TITLE: 1994 - [FOCS:LinLonRab94] - The geometry of graphs and some of its algorithmic applications
#+FILETAGS: paper FOCS

But org roam report the following warnings:

You need to load org-ref.
