Org-roam--update-file-name-on-title-change works discontinuously

Changing the title sometimes updates the filename sometimes doesn’t. I cannot consistently reproduce. Most of the times it does not, but I have two files for which after fiddling long enough with the title it does.

What is the original title and file name? What are your expected results?

Original #+title: why books dont work
Filename: [date-time stamp]-why_books_dont_work.org

New #+title: why books dont always work

I expect the file name to be modified to:
Filename: [original date-time stamp]-why_books_dont_always_work.org

Are my expectations correct?
