In my workflow I have org-roam-prefer-id-links set it to t and my org capture template sets in the top part of the file the ID with the timestamp.
I’m wondering how it’s your workflow @Gustav?
My idea, to be perfectly clear, is towards to allow the user could choose between uuids or timestamps to links their nodes.
