Atomizing Notes?

Hey guys, just wanted to ask if there’s a way to separate/atomize long notes, if a note grows long, I would like to

  1. highlight a header/paragraph
  2. create a note
  3. transfer the highlighted content from the long note to the new one (which the content is deleted in the long note)

In that way I can create links between the long note and the newly created short note, is there a feature in org roam for that? (or any other similar features?)
