# Roam:foo backlinks not shown in foo's org-roam buffer

Using v2, if I have one file which has a link to `roam:foo` and then later create a file `foo` (even if by clicking that link!), I do not see the first file in the backlinks of the new file. Isn’t this the purpose of `roam:`-style links?
