Does the config in [this thread](https://org-roam.discourse.group/t/how-to-to-get-title-of-the-target-note-working-with-inline-autocomplete-in-org-roam/782) work you? It could be slightly old but works on my machine with org-roam-20201222.1357 (MELPA).
