# Problems with Completion

Hi all,

Love org-roam, definitely don’t understand its guts. Originally installed 1.1.1, just installed 1.2.3 to stay up to date. I noted the deprecation of company-org-roam, and attempted to set up company correctly to take over completion functionality. However, completion functionality its completely absent now. I’m not sure where to start in working to fix this. [Here](https://gitlab.com/mwl2306/emacs-config/-/blob/dev_up/init.el) is a link to my config. Please let me know if I can provide any information.

Does the config in [this thread](https://org-roam.discourse.group/t/how-to-to-get-title-of-the-target-note-working-with-inline-autocomplete-in-org-roam/782) work you? It could be slightly old but works on my machine with org-roam-20201222.1357 (MELPA).

So it looked like I just needed to activate ‘org-roam-completion-everywhere’ to get the functionality I wanted. Pardon the delay and thanks for the help.
