Hi Guys,

I want to make a slight change to the behavior of the existing org roam protocol. Instead of creating a new org file for the articles saved from the browser using org-roam-protocol, I want these articles to be added as a node to an existing org file.

Has anyone of you tried to do this?

I don’t use org-roam-protocols but I suspect you could just edit the template that you use for them to achieve what you would like (?)

[Streamlined custom capture for tasks and notes](https://systemcrafters.net/build-a-second-brain-in-emacs/5-org-roam-hacks/#streamlined-custom-capture-for-tasks-and-notes) sounds like it might provide what you’re after. It about capturing nodes into existing org files - like Inbox, or project-specific.
