# How to use Roam-migration to convert Roam Research exported markdown to org files

Many Windows users might not be familiar with command-line tools. I made a [6-minute YouTube video](https://youtu.be/BJPw8FcvHzc) showing how to use Roam-migration (very easy), and to give you an impression of how it works on Windows 10.

I will probably come back to this post and do a write-up a little later.
