I’m using git to sync files.
*.db is in my .gitignore file, so the two databases are not synced, only the org files.
I’m on org-roam V1 on Linux. I will probably upgrade that to V2 before Windows as that’s more stable.
Not sure if you want to try this, but removing .git folder might fix the issue, or temporarily try in a folder without .git.
I have run out of ideas. It seems your setup has more complexity than I can handle; I don’t think I can adequately help you.

The big thing I need to do is move to V2.
