# All about the upcoming Org-cite feature

I was looking into the source code and also saw this [Org-roam-bibtex for Org-Roam v2 - #15 by mshevchuk](https://org-roam.discourse.group/t/org-roam-bibtex-for-org-roam-v2/1574/15)

So does Org-roam just needs org-link-plain-re to have a matching pattern for org-cite citations to start indexing them into the database?
